    • All goods to be delivered must be supported by an IKEA receipt.
    • All pre-assembled AS-IS products will be charged at the “Pre-Assembled” price in the relevant band plus $25 surcharge.
    • Home Delivery accepts payments by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard accepted. A surcharge for credit card payments applies.
    • Fragile Market Hall items must be wrapped by customer using packaging materials purchased from Delivery Counter.
    • Special rates may apply for difficult vehicle access/high-rise apartments without lift access.
    • Re-delivery fees may apply if not present at arranged delivery time.
    • On Demand Rates may apply for Non-standard requirements.
    • Only items purchased at IKEA can be delivered.
    • All delivery contracts are with Kings. IKEA does not supply the Home Delivery Service.

Sydney Metro:
We deliver 7 days a week
Up to 16 kms is an AM delivery – 7am to 1pm
Over 17kms is a PM delivery – 12pm to 7pm

Country deliveries:

North: every Tuesday – (Newcastle/Central Coast/North Coast)

South: every Thursday – (Canberra/Bowral/South West, Wollongong/South Coast)

West: every Friday (Blue Mountains/West)

North West and Upper Northern Beaches:

Wednesday and Saturdays: Bayview, Churchpoint, Newport, Bilgola, Clairville, Avalon, Palm Beach and Whale Beach.

Tuesday and Sunday: Dural, Kenthurst, Middle Dural, Galston, Arcadia, Berrilee and Glenorie.

Additional Information:

The trucks are loaded the day before or the morning of the delivery.

It is our policy that once an order has been processed, we are unable to add extra items to the existing order at a later date. We thank you for your co-operation regarding this matter. Kings provide a "Next Day/Following Day" service for all metro deliveries.

Unfortunately we do not deliver any small goods such as glasses, cutlery or anything that is not packaged.

If you are unable to take delivery on the next available day to your area, there is a $10/day storage charge.
